Jack Chaiya style, nerve touch thai massage. This technique applies both relaxing and deep pressure using knees, elbows, feet, heels and thumbs. It is focusing on joint function, increased flexibility and energy flow.  This work is done on a mat, on the floor, and is a mixture of deep, assisted stretches and static pressure along the energy lines and meridians of the body. We sink deeply in a slow and gentle way and come off pressure in an equally slow way. Opening and allowing energy channels to flow freely, clearing blockages, and increasing openness and flexibility in the body. It is deep, yet relaxing and powerful work.
