Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing is a highly recognized trauma therapy created by Dr. Peter Levine. It works to restore resilience and balance in the nervous system, allowing us to sustain the transform unconscious, trauma responses into life from a space of well being and availability., as opposed to from overwhelm, live a fuller and more embodied life. It is a body based psychotherapy, whereby we track sensations, both comfortable and uncomfortable ones, allowing the body a space to settle itself and complete any incomplete trauma responses which have caused pent up energy in the nervous system. this makes more space in the system for ease and wholeness, where it is safe to feel and release. When we experience trauma, being "too much, too fast, too soon", the body stores the energy from an incomplete process of fight , flight, and freeze. This energy holds us back from enjoying, creating, and responding to life in balanced ways. this work helps to restore our n often times repeats types of situations that elicit the very feelings again, in hopes that we will have another chance to release it. However, we were not taught to give time for this process. This work is for everyone who wants to come back to life in all its fullness, as we have all experienced trauma in some shape or form, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional.

Regression Therapy

In Regression Therapy I will guide you into a deep state of hypnosis where we are able to safely access the rolodex of all the memories of your life, the conscious/subconscious/unconscious ones. These memories provide us direction and an opportunity to untangle, support and release both emotional and physical blocks that can manifest as negative thought patterns, phobias, psychosomatic illnesses, and various emotions such as fear, guilt, shame, sadness, anxiety, etc. Regression therapy is  a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, processing traumas, releasing stuck energy, bringing in understanding, forgiveness, and transforming the way we interact and react to the world we live in.
