Join Paola Sammarchi (Yantara Wellness), Jamie Festa, of We Rise Together, and Lucky Bodies on a rejuvenating and revitalizing week of detoxifying the mind, body and spirit. Deeply connect with yourself, come back to your true nature, enliven your senses, fully align with your healthy body, and experience pure mental clarity and the joy of being fully present! It is time to lighten your load, your heart and your mind!

We will be easing into this deep cleansing process with a pre-fasting diet, as well as information on what you can expect to experience. This will be followed by a seven day full detox program (colonics, liquids, supplements and more), and a post-cleansing guide to support the bodies processes by slowly coming out of the detox. This program goes quite deep physically, mentally, and emotionally, and you will be fully supported in each of these areas with daily yoga/meditations, bodywork therapies and daily check-ins. Deep cleansing allows your being to not only loose weight and lighten the physical body, but more importantly it allows the system to let go of stale energy and waste, making space for profound self healing to occur.

We will be encouraging you to slow down to begin to listen to your bodies, it’s energy levels and what feels best for you at each moment.  This experience will not just be of the body, but will be a full mental and emotional release and cleanse, as well.  We encourage you throughout this process to be gentle and empowered in your self care.

Las Dunas Surf Resort is located on a virgin beach in Santa Maria-Aposentillo, one of the most beautiful on the Nicaraguan coast.   We will be hosting this retreat during the low season to insure even more tranquility and peace.

Our resort has 6 private cabanas with bathrooms, air conditioning and all the amenities are provided by our experienced and friendly staff.

Please begin to start eating a clean diet the week before the retreat.  Try to cut out meat, fish, dairy, and processed foods. This will prepare your body in a gentle and nourishing way to be ready for the deeper cleanse that we will experience together.
