Join Jamie Festa and Gladimar Sturla, of We Rise Together, on a virgin Nicaraguan beach, for a rejuvenating and revitalizing week of detoxifying the mind, body and spirit. Deeply connect with yourself and others, come back to nature, enliven your senses, fully align with your healthy body, and experience pure mental clarity and the joy of being fully present!  

We will be doing a five day juice cleanse and come off in a gentle way on the the sixth day. This process will allow your being to let go of stale energy and waste, making space for self healing to occur. We will be offering relaxing activities and processes to support you, while encouraging you to listen to your bodies energy levels and what feels best for you.  This experience will not just be of the body, but will be a full mental and emotional release and cleanse, as well.  We encourage you throughout this process to be gentle and empowered in your self care.

Retreat Includes

• 6 full days/7 nights at the brand new, beautiful, Las Dunas Surf Resort, up to 4 person occupancy with air condition and en suite bathroom. (triple/double/single occupancy available at a higher rate)

Las Dunas Surf Resort is located on a virgin beach in Santa Maria-Aposentillo, one of the most beautiful on the Nicaraguan coast.   We will be hosting this retreat during the low season to insure even more tranquility and peace.

Our resort has 6 private cabanas with bathrooms, air conditioning and all the amenities are provided by our experienced and friendly staff.

Prepare for your retreat

Let's Connect and get to know each other, first and foremost. This is what life is all about. So, drop us a line and we can have a quick check in and see where you are in your life and practice and what your needs and concerns might be.

Please begin to start eating a clean diet the week before the retreat.  Try to cut out meat, fish, dairy, and processed foods. This will prepare your body in a gentle and nourishing way to be ready for the deeper cleanse that we will experience together.

Cancelation, with full refund (not including deposit), will be available up until two weeks before the retreat begins. This allows us the time to refill your spot. Please contact us as soon as you are able to if something comes up.
